3. Account Management and Security

Upon registration, you will create a username and password for your cek444 account. You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of these credentials. cek444 strongly recommends that you:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• Enable one-time password (OTP) verification via your registered mobile number for additional account security.

cek444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Use of software tools, bots, or artificial means to gain an unfair advantage.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Account registered in the name of a person under 21 years of age.
• Duplicate account detected for the same individual.

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, cek444 may, at its discretion, withhold any balance held in the account pending investigation. If no breach is substantiated following investigation, any legitimately won funds will be returned to the player.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

cek444 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional payment methods may be introduced or removed at cek444's discretion with reasonable notice to players.

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳100.
• Deposits are generally credited to your cek444 account within a few minutes of successful payment confirmation. cek444 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's systems.
• Players must only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in their own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cek444 makes no representations or warranties of any kind — express, implied, statutory, or otherwise — regarding the Platform, its availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

• cek444 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability.

• cek444's total liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the date of the relevant claim.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
